We will push an update value for the "CLOUDKARAFKA_CA" environment variable.

This should have happened during the previous SSL certificate renewal maintenance window (https://status.cloudkarafka.com/incidents/yk8m05wtp9ff), but unfortunately it didn't.

This only applies to users of the CloudKarafka Heroku add-on: https://elements.heroku.com/addons/cloudkarafka
